Apto a 5 min de la playa en Puertito de Güímar

La casa es bastante grande y tiene una terraza estupenda. Las camas y almohadas son cómodas. El anfitrión está súper atento a cualquier cosa que necesites y nos dejó unos plátanos y una botella de regalo. El pueblo es muy tranquilo y alejado del turismo masivo.

Es un tercero sin ascensor. Aunque nosotros no tuvimos problema, deberían especificarlo. El edificio es viejo y las paredes son de papel. Se oye todo lo que pasa en la calle, por mucho que cierres las ventanas. Coincidimos con las fiestas del pueblo y los dos últimos días no se podía dormir con la orquesta. Era tanto el ruido que la última noche nos fuimos a otro sitio. No hay aire acondicionado ni ventilador, aunque lo ponga en el anuncio. El sofá es incomodísimo. Definitivamente necesita algunas mejoras.

Het is een heerlijk comfortable appartement waar het je aan niets ontbreekt! De eigenaar is ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam, het enige minpuntje en dat was ons in de beschrijving niet helemaal duidelijk geworden is dat je 3 lange trappen naar boven moet lopen dus dat kan voor mensen met fysieke problemen een uitdaging zijn! Wij hebben er een heerlijke tijd doorgebracht! Dank je wel Francesco! Fred en Marja

Wir wurden von Francisco sehr freundlich empfangen. Als Willkommensgruß gab es eine Flasche Wein und Bananen aus Teneriffa. Die Wohnung ist super nett eingerichtet und geräumig. Alles war sehr sauber.

Es könnte etwas mehr Kochgeschirr geben.

I loved the apartment and I had a really good time, the owners are kind and very helpful (thank you for the excellent wine they gave me). The apartment is located right in the center of the village and the beach is a 5 minute walk away. The village and its inhabitants are really nice. I highly recommend the apartment.
