Comfortable and clean rooms, very good breakfast, well connected to public transportation. Can go to SOF airport by subway for 1.60 Eur (yes, less than 2 Eur!). Good internet so teleworking is possible.

Friendly helpful staff. Room serviced daily. Breakfast good. Good shower. Products provided if needed. Comfortable bed. Small but swift and reliable lift. Good access to public transport although most places are within walking distance giving chance to explore the area.
No fridge in room for minibar provided. Slight musty smell to bathroom (but think that's true of most hotel bathrooms I have found)... So none of these things would put me off staying here again

The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly.
I booked this hotel also because its description reads “daily spa access included”. Unfortunately THERE’S NO SPA at all, but a single scrawny sauna. Breakfast is below average. Ours sink leaked every time we used it. We were overcharged for transfer (31€, the same trip cost us 15€ by taxi on our way back to the airport). Tv mirroring did not work, nor was a streaming service like Netflix available.
