The bright welcoming lobby, cheerful helpful staff, coffee and tea and water station in the lobby. In the room, comfortable beds and pillows , good sheets and towels, tea and coffee making facilities.
The rooftop pool is a lovely bonus on a warm day.
Great location very convenient for transport and walking.
The drains in our room need attention.. there was a strong smell of stagnant water.

The room was very practical and shower is great. Breakfast was really good. Location is really nice for stepping away from the tourist crowd. Very easy to get to the metro.

Nice location
It is really expensive, they charged me extra because my sister stays with me in the same room , even though I booked 2 single bed room!! So i had to upgrade!
Of course her breakfast is not included So she needs to pay 12 EURO daily . fun fact ! she only had breakfast on our last day and she paid 15 EURO because she did not eat the other days!!!!!
Room service is not available so you have to order food or go out if you want some dinner
It is a 4 stars hotel so i should at least expect to have a disposable slippers , toiletries, etc..! NOTHING !
I am a frequent traveller for work so i had a better services in a 4 stars hotel previously
The wifi also is not the best if you need to work or watch something
The walls are thin so you can hear everyone talking in the next room
Overrated honestly and will not consider a re-visit
