The location is very good because the loft is near the beach and not far from the oldtown. We stayed here for a week in February and we didn't need a car to see Fano. Of course February is not the beach time but we enjoyed the afternoon walks here. There is a small grocery shop and a few restaurants in the area.
The loft is tastefully decorated, has everything you might need for a short or long stay. The host Chiara was very nice and helpful, she even picked us up at the train station when we arrived in the late evening. Highly recommended!
The ground level of the loft doesn't have the window which makes it a bit darker inside than expected but this is because of the planning of the building. During hot summer days it could be even an advantage!

Appartamento molto pulito e ben arredato. Ottimo il letto e la biancheria. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la posizione vicino al porto canale in una zona ricca di ristorantini e di bar. Sia la spiaggia sia il centro raggiungibili facilmente a piedi.
Per noi che siamo una coppia anziana la camera nel soppalco era scomoda. La scaletta per salire ripida e angusta ci creava difficoltà ma per 3 giorni l'abbiamo superata brillantemente. Se avessimo dovuto soggiornare più a lungo sarebbe stato un problema.

Appartamento ben studiato e arredato con gusto, ha tutti i confort. Sono presenti anche due bagni, cosa che supera completamente l’unica difficoltà, che è la scala di accesso al piano superiore, non comodissima, ma per l’uso che se ne deve fare va benissimo.
La gestione è molto efficiente e le signore sono gentilissime e sempre disponibili.
La posizione è ideale perché si arriva velocemente sia al porto, sia al mare, sia nello splendido centro di Fano che oltre alle opportunità culturali offre uno splendido mercato e negozzietti splendidi.
Tutto perfetto!
