    This is our first time staying in this company's hotels and we were blown away with how beautiful it is. This hotel seems like it was recently built so many of the features feel brand new. There are so many facilities that are super useful for people who are traveling. For example they have a self service locker area. Plenty of space to sit. Very friendly staff. And everything we needed was available in our room. Rooms were clean and well kept we had the City view and it was a gorgeous to see the Osaka skyline at night. We really enjoyed our stay the breakfast buffet was delicious a little expensive but I would definitely get the buffet if you have a little extra to spend on it.

    My family of 6 stayed at OMO7 for 1 week. There were 4 beds and 2 sofa beds. My 2 sons are 6ft tall and fit very comfortably on the beds. There was plenty of room so it dint feel like we were on top of each other. Food and staff were great. Also loved the grassed area out front for my 4yr old to run some energy off. Great location, only a short walk to Shinsekai markets.

    Paid higher than expected for a stay in Osaka because I wanted the view of Tsutenkaku Tower, and requested in advance. Only to find at check in the type of room I booked (King) doesn't face that direction, and they wouldn't allow me to change at check in. After checking into room I went downstairs and asked if there was a roofdeck or public area for the view and only then did they offer to let me change, and I had to pay an additional 12,000 yen for a suite. I wish they would have communicated this in advance so I could have gotten the view I chose this hotel for without the hassle of having to change rooms after check in and know what the cost would have been in advance. If you're staying in Osaka, its unnecessarily expensive, the view wasn't even that great, and its a bit further than everything you'll probably want to see for the price. I suggest for tourists visiting staying more centrally near Dotonbori or north towards Osaka Castle but this area wasn't worth the premium cost or hassle for the view.
