We had the most beautiful room

Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, the setting of the hotel is really nice, cleanliness and facilities in the room. Location was also great, and they do supply water for the day free of charge

Topmost - the internet wa really bad. We stayed in room 4, which is (I think) the farthest from the lobby, and reception of the wifi just didn't work. Even when it did, it had relapses. I don't think it's due to the internet supplier (could be another issue) - I think the team can install a reception multiplier. Other things - the door to the terrace needs better soundproof - sounds from the street are interrupting, and also - the shades (curtains) need to better - the run comes through in the morning, from 6 am and that troubled our sleep. Lastly, even though the historic setting is nice, the real entrance is a backward street and not super welcoming, and there are stairs to the lobby/rooms. If you have heavy luggage - it could be challenging.

The building is lovely, old and traditional. The rooms are stylish and comfortable The staff were very kind.

The hotel is above an extremely busy main road where you can hear cars, motorbikes racing, trucks and buses. It’s so loud. We had a room on the front of the hotel and the noise at night when motorbikes are up and down it was terrible. Second night I bought sleeping tablets and ear plugs. Also the bathroom was tiny. Friends in high floor rear room - recommended as lovely big terrace.
