Hot tubs and sauna are large and clean and work well. There are large gathering areas in the house and good kitchen facilities for cooking. Rooms are clean and the views are gorgeous. The mud room in the front is super useful.
The sinks in some of the rooms give off a bad smell at times, almost like the traps are not doing their jobs. There are not enough bathrooms/showers for the number of beds even for 12 people. To charge an extra $35/person/night after 5 guests is insane given the reduced comfort of stay per person added. Some bedrooms run very cold. Furniture for sitting/relaxing in gathering spaces is too few and uncomfortable.

Huge living space, 2 hot tubs and sauna in pristine condition. Clean and in a great location for high value. The “mud room” was an excellent feature.
There are not enough showers for the number of beds. One of our showers became unusable when a light fixture in the ceiling fell on its own so we only had 2 showers for 12 people.
