Die Aussicht war sehr gut mit Meerblick. Von da aus war alles super erreichbar( zu Fuss, mit Fahrrad oder Straßenbahn) Die Aufteilung und Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut.
In der Wohnung war einiges defekt, der Wasserkocher ist defekt und völlig verkalkt dadurch nicht nutzbar, in der Badewanne kann man nicht mehr zwischen Duschkopf und normal umschalten und den Duschkopf kann man nicht aufhängen dadurch ist das duschen anstrengend. Einige Sinnenrollos waren defekt. Die Sauberkeit war auch nicht super. Der Balkon war voll Sand. Die ganzen Oberflächen in der Küche sind voll verschmiert. In der Brotdose sind noch alte Reste vom Vormieter vorhanden.
