Nice place for two people
Great location, safe and quiet with lovely sea view. Very comfortable place for two people, the bed in the bedroom comfy, the place was warm, had well equipped kitchen. Lots of wardrobes and rooms are decent size
The sofa bed is a disaster, very uncomfortable to sleep and fake leather peeling off badly. We found pieces in our luggage back home as it stuck to our clothes. We couldn't make shower work so used the bath filler and a kitchen pot... The owners were surprised to hear there was a problem even though people were complaining about it months ago. As well as about the sofa but neither were addressed. The bedding is cheap quality and very thin, there were mascara stains on my pillow so not washed well enough. Also lots of dog hair on the bed spread when we arrived

Ogólnie stosunek ceny do jakości super!
Ładny widok, mimo dość sporej odległości widać morze. Dla nas dobra lokalizacja, gdyż zależało nam być krótkim spacerem od Ergo Areny. Wychodząc blisko burgerownia, sushi, kebab, biedronka.
Brakowało zastawy szklanej do drinków jak i wina, oraz szmatki, którą to by można było przetrzeć chociażby blat dookoła zlewu. To małe mankamenty, ale warto w przyszłości zwrócić na to uwagę!

Apartament na żabiance
Lokalizacja - najlepsza jaka mogła być, blisko morza, blisko pętli tramwajowej, na żabiance wszystko jest pod ręką, bardzo dobra jakość samego budynku, wi-fi, parking, łatwość zameldowania, jasne instrukcje od wynajmującego 💪
Głównie 2 rzeczy i parę drobiazgów: 1. Łazienka - wygląd super, była pralka, ładne meble, ale cieknący kran, szafka pod zlewem nieco spuchnięta, podstawiałem garnek żeby nie ciekło, bardzo ograniczona możliwość korzystania, dalej prysznic nie do użytku szczególnie z małym dzieckiem i blisko plaży. Możliwość przełączania na prysznic praktycznie nie możliwe, że słuchawki wypadające sitko pod naporem wody. Generalnie łazienka ładna na pierwszy rzut oka, ale baterie do naprawy/wymiany bo przez to była ona mało użyteczna. 2. Kanapa w salonie - kwestie tego że niewygodna, nie będę poruszał, bo każdy ma inne oczekiwania, ale tapicerka z ekoskory normalnie się kruszyła, trzeba było zaścielać kocem, wygląd nieestetyczny, trochę wstyd. Tapicer mógłby to super naprawić, nieporównywalnie taniej niż zakup nowej, no ale trzeba chęci... Należymy raczej do ludzi czystych i dbających również o cudze rzeczy, bo sami byśmy chcieli aby tak traktowano nasze, dlatego z uwagi na to, że kanapa się kruszyła często odkurzaliśmy. 3. Wyposażenie lokalu pełne ale już zurzyte, nowa szczotka by się przydała do odkurzacza. 4. Od razu po przyjeździe zgłosiłem zauważone usterki w łazience jednak mimo telefonu i nagrania się na poczcie głosowej oraz wysłania zdjęć z prośbą o interwencję w sprawie kranu, nikt się do mnie nie odezwał....

Widok z okien na Morze Bałtyckie. Zaopatrzenie kuchni. Wygodne łóżko dla pary. Duży przestrzennie apartament.
Niedziałający prysznic (brak możliwości umycia się). Rozkładana sofa jest przeznaczona raczej dla jednej osoby niż dla dwóch.
