The location of the villa is fantastic. 5 mins from the airport, great ocean view, close to great restaurant, café and supermarket, and just about 15 mins on foot via trails (not having to walk on roads after dark) from Mykonos town although with steep paths. - Layout perfect for 12 people with separate suites and bathrooms. - Concierge service was outstanding and was instrumental for booking shuttles/taxis, had organized food and beverage upon late arrival, assisted with beach excursions, booking cooking class in the villa, as well as organizing cleaning

Villa was older and visibly worn with several doors not working properly. The kitchen utensils left much to wish for, dishwasher not functioning optimally. The kitchen was clearly under dimensioned for a group of up to 12 people. The light switches were incredibly complicated to use (one day a purple spot was turned on at the terrasse, and we never figured out how to turn it off). - Pools and jacuzzi were a different standard from the expectations the Booking.com ad showed. Pools were not heated and more dipping pools than for swimming (certainly no infinity pool). The jacuzzi was dirty with green water with a significant off pH-value that destroyed one pair of swim trunks. After several visits from the pool guy, it was finally in a state to be used. - It was not clear how much cleaning was available, and we had to request removal of trash which was accumulated from day to day.

Amazing view of seside and city center. Villa has a large space and multiple places to spend relaxing time with friends. Lerry, our host, was amazing, everything was on time, available at every hour and treated each our request with high professionalism. We will definetly come back!
