BeGuest Copacabana Vilamoura Apartment

The apartment is quite nice and was as expected.

The whole complex was being renovated, the pool was empty and being rebuilt, the gardens were not usable and full of builder's equipment, bags of cement, scaffolding, ladders etc. It was not safe or fit to stay on site, I reported this to the owner who very kindly offered to refund my money for any unused period if I found somewhere else to stay. I moved out and the host was excellent about arranging the reimbursement. It would have been good to have been informed of the works in advance, but I can't fault the host's response and reaction.
