Pool cold but it didn’t spoil things

Location was perfect. Size of holiday rental. It was a fabolous an spacey rental. Had all we needes 2 double bedrooms fridge freezer, washing machine. Roomy with two bathrooms.

Nothing. It was perfect. Second time we stayed and really happy with everything

The property was good with decent location and great balcony in particular. Top floor meant very quiet, as was the whole complex.

En suite shower curtain needs replacing as it was dirty/ soiled and rail continually fell. The cleaner around the pool area who I believe may have been called Rosa was very rude to my invited guests . Very aggressive pointing fingers in their eyes , embarrassing them around the pool area and make clear they were not welcome. These guests were our daughter and grandkids visiting us for a pool day. There was no written rules evident that guests were not welcome. Had we known, we would not have invited them . The manner of the cleaner was extremely rude and unacceptable. This ruined our stay. I discussed the issue with local agents who leased with owner but we remain unhappy.
