Lokalita ubytování byla v centru turistického zájmu pro danou oblast (Livigno - Bormio - St. Moritz). Snadno dostupné služby (restaurace, taxi, veřejná doprava, obchody, apod.), které vyhledává i náročný turista. Vstřícný, komunikativní majitel ubytování, vysvětlil vše okolo fungování apartmánu i nás seznámil se službami v okolí.
