    A very well rounded stay with excellent value for money, convenient location with 7/11 and laundry shop around the corner. The staff were friendly, making the overall experience smooth and enjoyable.

    The places layout is nice, and its clear that there is a lot of potential. The place was once upon a time a Wellness spa or retreat. Right now when we entered, it felt not as thoroughly clean. When we got there the walls in the kitchen were dirty, the trash was not taken out, the bathroom shower curtain had gunk stuck to it, the bathroom door was dirty, theres hair on the floor, the couch has stains, the pillow cover was ripped, there was no handwash or soap to wash our hands. The gym wasnt hygenic, the treadmill was full of old sweat stains and dirty, so its not sanitized, outside the lift on floor 8 it was dirty. The problem is there is too few people cleaning so it may be that too much work is left for only one person to do. Its a management problem. Noisy neigbours. There is no pots or pans even though there is a stove. The good things: The place has a nice layout. The AC works great. The bed is very comfortable. When we called them to come fix the room they didnt hesitate and came and apologized, the tv is great, the windows are big, great closet space.
