the apartment was very neat and tidy.
The location just sucks, I've stayed in boulevard before but at different apartments, First time at 202, the area overlooking the beach, the space between the hotel and beach was chaotic, people are outside and create such a noise and mess...its very dirty outside, the litter is all over the place and there is also standing water. Due to this cockroaches flew into the apartment TWICE. Owners should speak to municipality regarding that area as its not a nice sight to see.
