About this house rental
We are very excited to share our newest beach home in St. Augustine florida. We absolutely fell in love with this home and property as it was a family compound for 50 years. Over an acre of sandy backyard leading to the beach. We have renovated the homes with new appliances, fixtures and tile while maintaining the original architectural design. Cozy yey spacious home has a lovely enclosed deck lading to an upper outdoor balcoy overlooking the gorgeous ocean.
Mermaid overlooks the magnificent Vilano Beach. Our home sits on 1 acre of sandy backyard with palm trees, hammocks, charcoal grill and yard games. Property and cottage were accurately pictured and described. Very comfortable and welcoming. Direct access to the beach was a big bonus. Host was very responsive to our questions.

Immaculate beach house! Excellent host. Everything was ready and we had everything we could possibly need. We had such a relaxing time. Cant wait to return with out family .
