Comfort & Proximity to Downtown and Penn State (STR22-00040)

Wonderful property! This is the perfect space to accommodate multiple family members. We found the property to be very clean and accurate in it's description. Very convenient proximity to town. We had a great time and would recommend to others.

Three bedrooms and an air mattress. It was perfect for one night in State College with friends.

This was a great location and perfect for two families visiting their Penn Sate Students for parents weekend. We could easily get to campus and it was a great hangout. Convenience of grocery store across the street a huge plus!

I stayed in this house during the Penn State White Out game last weekend. The house was a perfect base for our weekend activities. It's right off Atherton Street and close to downtown, which gave us plenty of options for places to go and things to do. I would stay here again when I come back to State College.

This is a nice option for a larger family gathering than a hotel or motel. Beds were great, bathrooms had decent pressure, house is maintained well & the air conditioning worked great to battle heat and humidity. We were moving my daughter into PennState and appreciated being close to the school and shopping. Having a grocery store and coffee/bagel shop across the street was super convenient. I didn’t realize there was not a washer/dryer on site - all the rentals I’ve been to do have one so I didn’t catch the absence of one - but there is a wash&dry less than a mile away open 24 hours.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this home during my daughter's college graduation weekend. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere of the house. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, with plenty of space for my family to spread out and relax. The house was equipped with all of the modern conveniences we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen and reliable WiFi. The location was also perfect, with easy access to all of the local attractions and amenities. What really made our stay special, though, was the hospitality and kindness of the owner. They went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed and that our stay was enjoyable. It was clear that they take great pride in their property and in providing their guests with an exceptional experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in State College. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Brought 5 people to the Kenny Cheney concert at Bryce Jordan and found this rental a perfect place. Not very large but big enough and comfortable. Well appointed and clean. Supermarket and bagel shop within walking distance. Owners are very accommodating and accessible. Good place and would definitely recommend for a football weekend and any other reason to be in State College.
