About this villa rental
The villa is located in the south of Tenerife, in the heart of one of the most prestigious areas in the whole of Spain, El Duque.
With a 5 minutes walk to the Bahia Del Duque beach, the most exclusive and best restaurants on the island and the Plaza Del Duque shopping center within reach, you have everything you have ever dreamt of.
We will be waiting for you to check you in, do a tour of the villa and
explain everything there is to know for a smooth, relaxing transition.
The villa:
GROUND FLOOR:
At the ground floor we have one big bedroom, a bathroom and 2 smaller bedrooms meant for 1 person or small children, a ping-pong table and a patio for ultimate relaxation.
Also located on the ground floor is an elevator that does all three floors, so you don't need to carry your bags up the stairs. Perfect for people who have a hard time walking up and down the stairs.
FIRST FLOOR:
At the first floor on the outside you will find our private swimming pool which is heated the whole year at 28 degrees, the terrace around the swimming pool and at the back another terrace.
On the inside of the villa on the first floor, we have our fully American styled equipped kitchen which leads to the terrace/swimming pool area, next to the kitchen is the living room equipped with a Smart Tv so you can stream whatever you like. Going through the hall you will find two bathrooms and two bedrooms, the bedroom windows lead to the back terrace.
UPPER FLOOR:
Arriving at the upper floor we have our huge master bedroom with en-suite bathroom which leads to our big upper terrace and another bedroom.

* High chairs and cots with linen for free for the small guests.

LOCATION:
The villa is located in the south of Tenerife in the El Duque area. It is a quiet residential area, offering peace and tranquillity for your stay, whilst still sitting just a short walk from the bustling centre. Only 5 minutes walk to the majority of the entertainment centres, shops, restaurants, five-star hotels, a beautiful El Duque beach and a long pedestrian promenade.
Well known as one of the most popular members of the Canary Islands, Tenerife is a must visit spot, offering activities perfect for family and friend holidays away. There is a seemingly endless amount of life and excitement on this island, making it easy to find activities each day! We recommend Aqualand, a spectacular water park nearby that is perfect for families, similarly, you can travel to Siam Park which offers rides for both children, families and adults! It even has the famous adrenaline-inducing Tower of Power which is a slide at the height of 28m and goes through a huge aquarium full of sharks!
If you prefer wildlife and nature to waterparks, then you can visit The Teide national park which is home to the third highest volcano in the world standing at over 3,700 meters! There are local guides that will take you on an in-depth experience surrounding this volcano!

The villa is in a nice location few minutes from the El Duke beach (5 min). Restaurants all around. Villa it self was nice but it needed a bit of maintainance on few minor things. Beds were on the scale from fantastic to poor, air condition was great in some rooms and the li ing space but poor in few ro

Nice house close to beach, tourist centre and walking distance of several supermarkets. If you want to relax, have some quietness without losing the perk of tourist centre nearby, this is the place you want. Enough rooms and equipped with all necessities.

We all had an amazing holiday. Anthony was a great host, he answered any messages or questions I had straight away. He sent us loads of information about the local area, car hire, taxi app and much more. We arrived a few hours earier than check in and he met us at the door, and had the villa ready for us. On checking out our flight was later that day, Anthony offered us a safe place so store our luggage and met us back there when our airport transfer arrived.He went above and beyond our expectations in looking after us. The villa was spotless on arrival the kitchen had everything you would need. There were towels for the shower and also beach towels, these looked new. The beds were very comfortable and each room bedroom had it's own individual air-conditioning. The pool was well maintained during the week and was heated We were a family group from age 2 years to 76 years. The local area is quiet yet you are 5/6 minutes from the beautiful white sand playa del Duque beach. This beach is much quieter, safe for swimming and nobody bothering you all the time. Playa fanabe is much busier, a 10 minute stroll and full of bars restaurants shops, very lively, lots for kids to do. The bars close around 11pm and the resort is quiet. The villa is 5 minutes to a small local shop for essentials in the beautiful plaza del Duque shopping centre. There is a market on Thursdays and Saturdays, about 5 minutes walk away, highly recommend to go, lots of stalls. We will definitely be back.

This was sold to me as a 5 star the photos looked amazing, this was a surprise family holiday for my husband’s 50th.The villa is dated and needs work and in places not safe to have a young family around.Around the pool the tiles are coming off and everyone was cutting legs and arms , Tiles are not even and a few of the guests tripped, the ladder in to the pool is not fixed correctly to the wall and wobbles a lot when you’re using it.The glass furniture in the living room has big chips and one of the units top is not safe. This place could be amazing, perfect location, manger is always in touch and gets back to you with lots of information.
