About this villa rental
The villa is located in the south of Tenerife, in the heart of one of the most prestigious areas in the whole of Spain, El Duque.
With a 5 minutes walk to the Bahia Del Duque beach, the most exclusive and best restaurants on the island and the Plaza Del Duque shopping center within reach, you have everything you have ever dreamt of.
We will be waiting for you to check you in, do a tour of the villa and
explain everything there is to know for a smooth, relaxing transition.
The villa:
GROUND FLOOR:
At the ground floor we have a staircase leading up to the main entrance of the villa and the swimming pool/terrace but also a huge garage which fits 2 cars that directly runs in to the entertainment room where you will find a ping-pong table, a darts and a patio where you are able to relax to the fullest.
Also located on the ground floor is one big bedroom, a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom and the elevator that does all three floors, so you don't need to carry your bags up the stairs. Perfect for people who have a hard time walking up and down the stairs.
FIRST FLOOR:
At the first floor on the outside you will find our private swimming pool which is heated the whole year at 28 degrees, the terrace around the swimming pool and at the back a garden with a high quality 6 persons jacuzzi and furniture to relax.
On the inside of the villa on the first floor, we have our fully American styled equipped kitchen which leads to the terrace/swimming pool area, next to the kitchen is the living room equipped with a Smart Tv so you can stream whatever you like. Going through the hall you will find two bathrooms and two bedrooms which lead to the back garden.
UPPER FLOOR:
Arriving at the upper floor we have our master bedroom with en-suite bathroom which leads to our big upper terrace and another bedroom.

It even has the famous adrenaline-inducing Tower of Power which is a slide at the height of 28m and goes through a huge aquarium full of sharks!
If you prefer wildlife and nature to waterparks, then you can visit The Teide national park which is home to the third highest volcano in the world standing at over 3,700 meters! There are local guides that will take you on an in-depth experience surrounding this volcano!

We were warmly greeted by Anthony. The villa was as expected from the photos. Perfect location. Scrupulously clean with plenty of towels in each bedroom. Communal areas bright and airy throughout. Naturally, a busy property will have snags, ours were dealt with immediately without any fuss. Extra clothes hangers, china and outside chairs were in place as soon as we asked. We had 3 weeks with friends, family and more friends. Everyone was blown away by the space, location and facilities. Anthony helped us with a private chef and also had excellent local knowledge & advice for food shopping. There were no small children in our group at any time and would have been a slight concern if there had of been due to the architecture and planning. Overlooked by a hotel but this did not cause us any problems at all. 100% would return and have recommend to many.

Great property in a great location, Anthony extremely helpful, gave us some great advive on shopping and advised best transfers ,even came to check electrics after a storm, could not have done more ,

The villa is in a great location. Anthony is a great host and answered all of my queries. The villa is spacious. The pool is smaller than it looks but is adequate depending on how many guests there are. There is only one oven which we found difficult with 8 of us. The hot tub is a welcome addition. A very enjoyable week.

Anthony was marvellous at sorting out any issues. It is a beautiful Villa, central to everything. The stay would have been if better with these small additions. 1) A small welcome pack, even just bottles of water to after travelling for half day. AnInformation booklet about the property, which is huge, such as how hot tub works and its times. and how window blinds work in upper bedroom. This would all have helped us make more use of everything without calling Anthony. But he was very helpful anyway. Would come again. information booklet informa oeven
