Villa La Estancia - Your Home by the Sea with oceanview 5-star luxury for families or couples seeking a romantic escape. Enjoy a living room, full kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer and patio with views of Sea of Cortez and Land`s End. Description is for 2-bedroom but all other La Estancia rooms are available (1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom, penthouses). OTHER UNITS AVAILABLE at adjacent Villa del Arco and Villa La Valencia on El Tule Beach. PLEASE contact us 1st to make sure that our unit is available.
Our Villa La Estancia suite is personally decorated so you have the feel of a home with all the luxuries of a resort. The location is ideal - right on Medano Beach, the safest and most popular swimming beach in all of Los Cabos. Swim in the Sea of Cortez or one of three pools available for our guests.
Our 2-Bedroom Suite is designed to be your own private hideaway. It features a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, 2 queen-sized beds in the second bedroom, spacious living room with overstuffed chairs and a pull-out sofa bed, desk area, Master Bath with jetted tub, shower, twin sinks, and make-up area. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, , and terrace with furniture. The living rooms and all bedrooms open onto spacious patios with panoramic views of the breathtaking scenery.
Villa La Estancia guests have access to the internationally-acclaimed Desert Spa, hydrotherapy circuit and fitness center, 14 Cabo San Lucas restaurants spread out among the three resorts in The Villa Group complex, tennis courts, beachfront jacuzzis, swimming pools, and so much more. Known for its refined elegance, sophisticated style and relaxing atmosphere right on Médano Beach, Villa La Estancia prides itself on offering magnificence amidst a relaxed setting.

Besides our oceanview Suite, guests have access to facilities and amenities provided by Villa La Estancia and its sister resorts: Villa del Arco and Villa del Palmar.

Cabo San Lucas is an incredible area with so much to see and do. The scenery is breathtaking, and it just calls you to slow down, relax and enjoy life. Besides the incredible ocean view, our Suite sits within the famous 5-star Villa la Estancia resort which is only a few miles from popular attractions like The Arch and Land`s End. It is in central Cabo San Lucas and also close to Lover`s Beach and Puerto Paraiso Mall. The area`s natural beauty can be seen not only at Medano Beach, but Reserva de la Biosféra Sierra de la Laguna. The Natural History Museum of Cabo San Lucas and Las Californias Museum are cultural highlights. Traveling with kids? Consider Cuadra San Francisco and Santa Maria Beach. Explore all the area has to offer with ecotours, skydiving, and ziplining.
Villa la Estancia and its sister resorts have almost everything you need, so you do not really need a car. However, should you need to go out of the resort, the concierge can arrange a taxi service for you. Ordering an Uber is another and less expensive option.
Los Cabos International Airport is about 35 minutes away. The Resort offers round-trip transportation to and from the airport for a fee. Other private shuttle companies also provide transportation to and from the Resort.
