Take the whole family to this four Bedroom, two bath spacious single family detached home 9 houses from the beach and a short walk to the bay. Beautiful backyard with firepit, grill and outdoor shower. Kitchen is recently renovated with granite countertops and tile floors throughout first floor living area. Bedrooms are pergo flooring. Central Air Conditioning. House is immaculately kept.
Located near Pinky's Seafood, Angelina's Cucina Costa and Viva Liberta Pizza. Walking distance to the Brighton Beach Surf Shop and Acme Surf and Sport Bike Shop. Located 10 blocks from Acme Supermarket. Close to St Francis Center.
