About this house rental
Have fun and relax at this stylish place. Mid century ranch style home on large private lot with oversized Salt Wtr pool. Bright, modern and clean 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, laundry room, outdoor shower, carport and plenty of additional parking.
The space
Welcome to South Coral Palms, a tropical get-away.
Nicely appointed 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home is completely renovated. This home a large open floor plan for you and your friends and family to enjoy a relaxing Florida vacation.
Enter the home and you are welcomed by the open and spacious living room, dining area and kitchen. Here is where you'll also find the laundry room with newer washer and dryer.
The three private bedrooms are comfortable and cozy. Each room as a large double size closet. The primary bedroom faces the pool, has a king size bed, private master bathroom with rain head shower and tv. Bedroom #2 has a king bed while bedroom #3 has a queen bed and a tv.
Although the inside of the home is beautiful, you probably didn't come to Florida to stay inside. The beautifully landscaped backyard is lush and tropical with an expansive lawn and outdoor shower by the larger than average salt water pool. During the cooler months the pool is heated for your comfortable.
Outdoor dining table and lounge area with oversized cushioned sectional seating and large umbrella and chaise lounge chairs for sunning and relaxing. There is a propane gas BBQ grill as well.
This is a truly great location for getting to everything. The house is 1.8 miles from the beach, it's a straight shot east along Oakland Park Blvd. The Coral Ridge Mall is 0.8 miles away, very close. Downtown Oakland Park main street area is two blocks away with some very cool restaurants like Bule Green, Tatts & Tacos, The Butcher Block and Funky Buddha Brewery. The Las Olas area is about 3 miles away (15 minute drive) with fashion boutiques, art galleries, memorable restaurants, sidewalk cafes and bars...it's described as South Florida's most architecturally unique, authentic, and eclectic shopping and dining district. Closer to house at 0.7 miles is Wilton Manors which also had tons of unique and popular restaurants like Le Patio, Bona Italian Restaurant, Ethos Greek Bistro and Union Kitchen & Bar just to name a few!

My family and I stayed in March for spring break and really enjoyed the home which was very clean, had nice accommodations, plenty of towels, all of the kitchen items that were needed and the pool was amazing! The house was also close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you!

Host is more than welcoming, we enjoyed the heated pool even though it rained. Douglas really was attentive to our needs and offered everything we needed. The house is very well presented and the garden is amazing. We strongly recommend this place 👌
