Very clean and updated. Not in the finest of neighborhoods.

The two-story home provided us a great weekend escape and proximate access to all that St. Augustine has to offer without being in the hustle of the downtown area that is a short bike ride away. We are returning soon and hope to book this property again.

The property is located in a very quiet historical (Lincolnville) area. Very close to the downtown area. There were a few minor things that needed attention ( lots of black scruff marks are the walls, the cover over the ceiling light/ fan was broken, small hole in the bathroom wall). After checking in, I texted the property manager. He responded immediately. Beds were comfortable. It would have been nice to have additional towels/facecloths . There were 2 towels, 2 face cloths and 1 hand towel for two people for five days. Overall great experience.

This is a really nice property in a good location. Unfortunately, there are several things that are not yet ready. It is new and things still need tweaking - at least that is what we are chalking it up to. While we were there: -Hot water heater switched off the breaker -The bed in the Master bedroom broke during the night. This was not due to activity. We were sleeping. We fixed it three times after we had to move to the other bedroom during the night. It appears due to the fact that it is a flimsy bed frame. -There is an electric outlet that doesn't work. -There was water leaking from the kitchen sink. -The clothes dryer didn't work so we air dried things. We did ask for them to drop off clean towels because we were there a week. The towels came much later than promised and too late for that evening's or the next morning showers. We are handy and fixed things when possible and reported to the management company, but this type of thing should not happen in anew house. The house needs to be ready for renters who are paying a fair rent. We asked for adjustment to the price, but were told we will only get a discount next time we come. Sorry, that is silly. We will not come again.
