LOCATION – Located in Willow City, Texas
HOSTS – You have the home to yourselves. No host onsite.
SLEEPS – Up to 6 people in two bedrooms; first bedroom has a king bed & the second bedroom has two full beds that each have a twin trundle under them
BATH – Shower
KITCHEN – Full kitchen with a Keurig, no dishwasher
BREAKFAST – No breakfast provided
AMENITIES – Two 50” & one 42” Smart TVs, WiFi, grill, covered upstairs balcony with views for miles, located a short distance to the famous Willow City “wildflower” Loop in the spring
PETS – YES (Dogs only, must be 75 lbs. or less)
CHILDREN & INFANTS – YES
SMOKING – NO

*This home does accept up to two dogs but there is a pet fee of $27/dog/night (before tax) and we ask that each of the dogs weighs 75 lbs. or less. In addition, due to the fact that HomeAway/VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one dog at the time of booking, please let us know if you will be bringing more than one dog, so that we can make sure that you are charged the correct amount. Furthermore, please bring crates for your dogs and crate them in your absence from the house, do not allow the dogs on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of their waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation.
*If you would like to bring more than two dogs or have a pet other than a dog that you'd like to bring on your stay, please ask, as we'd be happy to consider making an exception for your stay.
*ATVs, dirt bikes, four wheelers, and similar off-road vehicles are strictly prohibited.

Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. You may also encounter the various bugs, spiders, scorpions and mice that live in the country AND sometimes do make their way inside. All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee no pests or bugs will be visible.
