About this house rental
Casa Juncos is a jewel, located in front of beautiful Playa Junquillal. This home accommodates up to 14 people comfortably!
You will love staying in our house facing the sea!
Our property has 5 spacious rooms, 3 inside the house and 2 rooms with private access; Everyone's favorite room is very well equipped that works as an office and has a comfortable sofa bed, located in the highest area of the house (climbing 15 steps) and from the balcony you can see the waves!
The kitchen is super large and has a bar to share while you prepare your food. The living room has direct access to the pool and the covered BBQ area. Our parking is huge and we have a beautiful garden that is very well kept. You can make campfires and see the stars!
The house is very safe, we also have night surveillance, Jeffry lives in a small house on the property.
All areas of Casa Juncos can be enjoyed in complete privacy. There is a beach rancho to protect you and your belongings from the sun and rain. The beach access is directly in front, just steps from the house, where you can enjoy the sun, sand and waves!

As first time travellers to Costa Rica, this property offered us exactly what we were looking for, a safe, spacious and relaxing environment surrounded by beautiful beachfront vistas.

We stayed in Jan 2025. Weather was great and Costa Rica was friendly and safe. We flew into Liberia, rented a van and drove to the house. The drive takes about 1:45 and the last 2 miles are on a dirt road. The roads are narrow and congested. Google maps took us right to the front gate. We checked in at 11 PM with no problems. The house was clean and ready for us. We were a family of 9. 5 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids. The kitchen (well stocked), living and dining area was large enough for us. The master suite was huge. The other bedrooms were big, with bathrooms and air-conditioning. The small room that is upstairs was too small and hot to be a good bedroom as listed. The teenager assigned that room ended up sleeping on the couch downstairs. The air conditioners were all a little noisy and interrupted our sleep some. We chose this house because of the secluded beach and good waves and it was better than we had hoped. There are other houses along this beach but we would see 7-10 people during the day. We spent almost every day on our 'private' beach. The water was warm and the waves were perfect for boogie boarding (they have several boards). The 2 little kids would wade out about 40 yards(3 ft deep) and then ride waves back in. The big kids could wade out 100 yards(5 ft deep). We have boogie boarded all over the world and this was the best ever! Dalia and Jeffrey were very kind and helpful. There are several good restaurants nearby and the estuary was also fun to explore.

The house & ptoperty ate stunning. Listening to the ocean was wonderful. Private beach and wonderful people Highly recommend. Our kids & grandkids loved it.
