About this apartment rental
Going up one flight of stairs from the corner of the Olón Boulevard, you are immediately rewarded with a Grand View: look out on the long wide Olon Beach with its Palms, Cabañas, the entire Boulevard is right below you.
The view extends to all sides, and is available from all rooms and areas.
With over 25 meters of high windows, you enjoy the best view of Olon from your 2 bedrooms, frlm the living room, from the kitchen & relax areas. Equipped with reading corner, bar area and it even has a cute garden with covered areas, big trees with tropical birds, a covered garden bed(queen sized as well!) and an extra exit, bike rack, foot shower, seating etc.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities.
WiFi is extremely fast, with 2 routers and perfect coverage (you can even use your own wifi while at the beach since its right below!)
If you want to be in the middle of Olon Boulevard, in a VERY quiet and safe area, in a place with unique details, porcelanato floors, 4 BIG air conditionings, big double door fridge? Dont look further!
Ps there are no other luxury apartments on the Olón Malecón. Other properties are a walk or taxi ride away, if you want to be right on the beach of Olon itself, this is the spot :)
This location is one of the quietest areas of Olon Town the 4th and last corner of it's Boulevard so you only hear the waves.
Check for extra discounts for month or yearly rental. (Local) holidays are higher priced as other days.
