This home has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 8 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. ••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

••• Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.

"We had a wonderful stay during the week of Thanksgiving. It was helpful to have Publix and other stores just minutes away. The home has large bedrooms and beautiful decor, with many extra blankets and pillows. Communication with the property manager was seamless and helpful. We had a great time!"

"Location is easy walk to two chain grocers, a chain drugstore and a Sandal Factory. 1.4 mile stroll to the Sombrero Beach park for fishing, swimming, kayak trips, yoga classes and the best sunsets around. Swim in your pool all day as it's in constant sun. Shaded big table and refrigerator/freezer outside on ground floor. Great dock for Manatee viewing and fishing/kayaking. Arrive late on check-in day, walk to Publix, get fried chicken & fixings, night one all taken care of. Enjoy."
