The home was clean, very comfortable and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the common areas in the home to just kickback and visit. The pool and outdoor area were relaxing and inviting. Communication with Portfolio was quick and responsive. The location to the beach, marina and trolley was excellent! Great time all around!

What a wonderful property. Island Interlude was a gorgeous house (duplex) just two blocks from the sand. The beaches were beautiful and the Gulf was warm and mostly calm. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the ease of using the home’s beach gear, chairs, umbrella, and cart. Even a rolling cooler was provided for our use. We enjoyed the brown anoles (small lizards) who frequented the property and the entire place was updated and beautiful! Having a private pool was a bonus as we didn’t have to share the entire week. Renting this house on AMI was easy, but be sure to know you need a car or to rent a golf cart to travel most easily to the restaurants, Publix, and shops. The island was busy, but getting around by car wasn’t too bad. I hope to visit again, renting both sides with my larger family. Thank you to the owners for providing pretty much everything we needed to have a great beach vacation on AMI.
