Property was as described and the location was good.
We did have to call and request a hairdryer that did not get delivered until the next day but we made it work.

The property had the completely beach vibe, beautiful colors and cozy. Everything was working according to what some one could expect. I slept in the master bedroom without any problem, since my neighbors and our family were courteous to respect each other and after ten all the noises were properly reduced to let everyone rest. I will definitely recommended to any family. Anna Maria has different option to enjoy the beach without being affected by the red tide. We love Anna Maria Island!

The place was impeccably clean and tidy. I was happy to see a cart, cooler, and beach chairs in the garage for use. The pool was clean and had a nice temperature. Beds were comfortable. The showers had great pressure and are large. Great layout to the place with master bedroom on the 2nd level and other 2 bedrooms on main level for the kids.
The beach is excellent and only a 4 block walk from the front door. Beautiful sunset views.
Problems: this is a twin home and the wall between the master bedrooms is thin and we could hear a baby in the other unit during the night-no insulation.
If you like to cook, like I do, you'll need to buy all your own spices, cooking oils... This is a kitchen with all the things you'll need to cook a meal, but none of the spices, not even salt/pepper. The grocery store, Public, is a great grocery with everything.
