A modern, expansive, fully equipped two storey home with high ceilings, multiple living areas, beautiful furnishings, four bedrooms, huge games room, spa, relaxing garden with bush aspect & sun terrace. This beautiful, expansive home is the ultimate Jervis Bay family escape. Inside enjoy high ceilings, sun drenched rooms, high quality furniture and beautiful styling across multiple living/dining areas, huge kitchen, good sized bedrooms and huge master suite. Plus there's a large games room in the garage complete with darts, foosball, air hockey, pool table and more.
Outside, relax in the spa, let the dogs run on the lawn, dine alfresco, relax in the Balinese style cabana or open up the games room doors and watch the kids ride their bikes on the drive and quiet cul de sac.
All this just over five minutes walk to our local beach Collingwood and Vincentia Village shops. A few minutes drive to Jervis Bay's other 15 white sandy beaches including Hyams Beach and the Booderee National Park. Whilst larger supermarkets at Vincentia and the bustling town of Huskisson complete with its cafes, boutique shops, restaurants, pub and award winning breweries are five minutes by car.
This house has so much to offer with plenty of space for groups of families to spread out and enjoy. It really is the ultimate Jervis Bay family holiday home and is not to be missed!

- Four bedrooms, two king, two twin singles. We recommend a maximum sleeping occupancy of 6 adults, 2 children plus infants but will consider requests from groups with additional children and can provide a sofa bed at an additional linen cost to allow families of up to 10. Any groups with more than 6 adults must send a request before booking - this house does not cater for party groups, it's a family home
- BBQ and Nespresso coffee machine, very well equipped kitchen even including a rice cooker
- Internal laundry with separate washer and dryer. Ideal place for pets to sleep

Amazing family space. We were delighted (to say the least) with all the facilities included in the haven. The games room was full of stuff to do, the lounges were aplenty, laundry and cooking facilities were well appointed (although the fridge could really use an upgrade). Record player was - OMG. Spa was such a bonus. Comms with property managers went very smooth, replies were very prompt and requests attended to immediately. Will come again in a heartbeat.

We had an absolute dream stay at this incredible holiday house in Vincentia! The property exceeded our expectations in every way. One of the highlights was the hot tub - relaxing under the stars, soaking up the warmth, and enjoying quality time with loved ones. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the area, the light house, botanic garden etc The game room was a total hit with us, especially the pool table and soccer table! My sister had never played pool or foosball before, but thanks to this amazing setup, she got to experience both for the first time and absolutely loved it! The energy and laughter in that room were infectious, and we had a blast competing with each other, teaming up with my sister against my sons. The entire house was beautifully appointed, clean, and comfortable, making it the perfect base for our holiday. We can't wait to come back and enjoy this wonderful retreat again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway!experience!

The Property was even better than shown online; feeling really premium & luxury. It had 4 bedrooms and a range of spaces where the family could spread out. The games room and spa were fantastic for the children in our party. There were a lot of wonderful touches throughout the property - from extra beach towels, beach shelters and umbrellas - to premium bath products. It felt like the hosts had thought of everything. The kitchen was fully stocked for a lot of home cooking. And the backyard was a real oasis. The hosts were incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the stay. We had a personal emergency on our last night; which impacted our check out timeliness - but the hosts replied right away and were very flexible to our needs, which we really appreciated. My only advice for further guests is, if you need to rely on strong internet for work VPN access, the Jarvis Bay area is not great for strong internet supply, so plan accordingly (e.g. plan to hot spot from your phone).I would stay here again in a heart-beat. Thank you to the lovely hosts for your hospitality.

Conveniently located place in Vincentia. Easy walk to the shops and down to the beach and cycle way. The spa in winter was a treat and kept us warm after those ocean swims. Highly recommended if you have some pets you have to bring along.
