Spaziosa, ben fornita, buona posizione abbastanza vicina al centro e soprattutto con parcheggio disponibile nelle vicinanze.
Spesso scattava il contatore della corrente anche se acceso c’era solo una fonte di consumo energetico.

Die mitbewohner ( Ameisen und Schaben) waren nicht so toll. Man hörte die nachbaren ziemlich gut.

El ruido de la puerta del garaje… es constante el chirrido que se escucha y una habitación la tiene justo debajo de la ventana…con tapones se duerme bien
