Un peu excentré du centre de Funchal

Appartement très propre et lumineux, spacieux, bien équipé et bien placé. Mobilier plutôt ancien (sauf le canapé neuf), mais ce n'est pas gênant. Place de parking en sous-sol de taille standard, l'allée est juste un peu étroite. Service de conciergerie souriant et efficace.

Le lit pas confortable : le matelas très mou repose sur un panneau de contre-plaqué très dur, sans sommier. L'eau chaude est très lente à arriver aux robinets. Nombreux ustensiles de cuisine, mais une poêle est bonne à jeter et tous les couteaux coupent comme mon coude...

-locatie uzata….fizic si moral. -parchetul este dezlipit si cand calci spre baie trezesti pe toata lumea. -bucataria este veche si uzata ca si baia care este de Doamne fereste - paturile sunt cea mai mare problema!saltele vechi si super uzate, nu te poti odihni -furnicile sunt peste tot

It is a comfortable space with lots of room for two and all of the facilities that we require. It allowed us to live independently while being tourists in this fascinating island. The location is near an excellent beach and provides access to swimming and a boardwalk to Câmara de Lobos. The bus service is frequent and fast to get into Funchal downtown, which means access to all of the interesting places and activities of downtown in a quieter area. Locally there is excellent shopping and several restaurants are nearby.

It has limited recreational facilities in the building, which is not unexpected as it is essentially a residential development.
