We were the only people staying in the hotel so it was quiet. The neighborhood was calm and quiet. The room was clean.

The staff was never at the property and didn’t respond via their Line messaging app. It made it difficult to arrange baggage storage, rent bikes and arrange a shuttle. Since the hotel is not in the central area it was frustrating not having a bike.

Staff were nice since this is our 3rd time staying during this 2 months trip. We enjoyed the hospitality that they will understand our needs and try their best to help. Also the view of Mt Fuji were amazing. We can check the visibility right through room's window so to decide going out chasing Mt Fuji sunrise or not. Nearby is already 八木崎公園where we took the picture of Mt Fuji Moon and full bloom Cherry Blossom!!

I booked a good quality 'budget' hotel well off season and that is exactly what I got. It was quiet, the advertising accurately matched the place itself, the staff were as kind as kind could be. All good, no surprises.

The room was very large and comfortable.

There weren’t enough body towels, but we couldn’t find any staff to help. Also checkout time was listed as 9~11. We would have liked to checkout earlier, but came back to checkout at the appointed time. However there was no staff present at checkout. Because we simply left the key at the front desk, why were specific times requested?
