地點十分理想，距逢甲夜市與逢甲大學近。服務人員友善敬業。

房間：整潔舒適、沒有異味，床鋪好睡，電視可看影片及youtube，有室內拖鞋、雙層冰箱、Tescom大風量吹風機。 浴室：乾淨、沒什麼霉垢，有腳踏墊，備品齊全，洗髮精/沐浴精(釘在牆上)品牌是上山採藥，電子熱水器加熱快、出水穩定。 住宿位置在逢甲夜市裡面，有其他住客說很吵，我實際住房體驗覺得還好，雖然住4樓要爬樓梯，但是老公寓不難爬（胖胖的我，至少爬到4樓沒有很喘），退宿可以借放行李。
浴室及房間都是黃光，對化妝的人不方便，只有1樓有飲水機。
