走下去直接益民商圈~~超棒的! 整體住的挺棒的~ 熱水很熱~冷氣夠涼~ 原本以為樓下益民商圈唱歌表演會很影響 結果隔音效果挺好~! 覺得安靜!

實際現場比照片更棒! 很乾淨! 出乎我們意料的好，整個CP值超高的。 而且我們很意外在一中街這種吵鬧的區域，竟然房間可以這麼安靜，一下樓就是一中街，吃東西也很方便。 之前住過這個區域的其他住宿，晚上都很吵、會影響睡覺。這間完全沒有這個問題，床也很舒服，睡眠品質很好。朋友還不斷稱讚說房間簡直比他自己家裡的床好睡，也比他家還安靜。 房裡乾淨沒有異味，不像附近其他的住宿，有的房間異味很重或是有霉味。 有問題詢問，業主也都馬上就回應。引導入住的資訊也很清楚，依照步驟走，很容易就入住。 如果滿分是100，我們會給120分! 這個房間真的超讚的~下次絕對要再來住。我們真的很喜歡這個房間。
離開房間後，外面的公共走廊與大樓樓梯間有人抽菸，也有其他雜臭味。但因為是公共區域，非業主能掌控的範圍。因此希望大樓的整體管理能加強。除此之外，業主與房間都是超級優質，無可挑剔的房間品質。
