Die Wohung ist ziemlich gross und der Parkplatzt ist direkt vornedran, wo man mit einem Gitter verschließen kann. Das sind aber auch die einzige Vorteile.
Drei neue Fernseher und neue Küchengeräte reichen nicht, um eine alte Wohnung mit dreckigen Wänden und überall kaputten Fliesen zu verbessern. In der Nacht ist eine Lampe von der Decke runtergefallen, während in einem Bad ein Waschbecken unbenutztbar war: Da fehlt die Instandhaltung Basis! Außerdem befindet sich das Apartment in einer ärmeren Wohngegend, die einem nach Sonnenuntergang nicht dazu einlädt, zu Fuss rauszugehen.
