El personal es sumamente amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La vista desde el hotel es espectacular. Aunque el hotel no está ubicado en el centro de La Fortuna, se encuentra a una distancia ideal: lo suficientemente alejado para disfrutar de tranquilidad y descanso, pero lo bastante cerca para acceder fácilmente a todas las actividades y atracciones de la zona.

Hemos tenido una estancia fantástica. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, bien cuidado y rodeado de naturaleza, ofreciendo un ambiente tranquilo y relajante. La ubicación era excelente para explorar la zona y disfrutar de todo lo que ofrece el entorno. Destacamos especialmente la amabilidad y atención de Helen, siempre dispuesta a ayudar y a dar buenas recomendaciones. La habitación era cómoda, con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Sin duda, una experiencia muy positiva que recomendaríamos a cualquiera que visite la zona. Volveríamos encantados.
