Central 3 Bedroom House With Garden

This property was very clean and well maintained. Had all the necessary amenities, kitchen was reasonably well stocked with essentials like salt,sugar, oil, some tea and coffee options. Toiletries were provided, towels and bed sheets were clean. The highlight and something I didn’t find in other reviews is that the toilets and health faucets/ small hand showers near the WC which is a common thing in asia and family who had come over from India were thrilled about it. The Kennington tube station is literally a stones throw away, which made our travels extremely easy and there’s a convenience store and Tesco express just opposite to the Kennington station all well placed from this property. They have a small garden table set up and is perfect for some family time outside.

The boiler was switched off and we didn’t figure that out, so took cold showers the first day, then read through their email, found a switch near the kitchen sink and then had no further issues. There were no kitchen towels, so cleaning the kitchen was a bit difficult.

Very close to Kennington station. We were within a couple stops of a couple markets as and within 20 min ride to central London. Oh also the Battersea Power Station is super close. Internet speed was good enough for 2 people to have zoom calls at the same time. Great place to pull off remote work. Outside space was amazing to decompress. You might even have a cat visitor join you! Well stocked with laundry supplies. Property manager + owner very good with communication.

Beds could be a bit more comfortable. Top floor bedroom seems to have a crack through an unusable door. Definitely could see some hallway light peek through. Didn't bother me as I'm a deep sleeper so just calling it out here.

Good facilities. Warm on arrival.

Communication was a bit of an overkill, would receive 3-4 emails a day. Beds not comfortable and couch very uncomfortable. Upgrades on these would make the stay so much better. Could do with a thorough clean. Even a sweet wrapper left by kitchen. Lots of dust in living area
