The unit was very nice clean. The view was beautiful especially at Sunrise!
At every turn you are warned about noise, (I am not the type of person to disturb my neighbors.) You are told what will happen if there is damage to the unit. You are told "Do not come to the facility until you receive a text stating your unit is ready. The instuctions sent to me indicated unit on third floor, but it was on 1st floor. There was a two page (front and back) page of instructions on how to get cable to work. I am not an electrician. At the end I received instructions telling me to take out the trash. Don't get me wrong I do not believe one should allow trash to accumulate in the condo, but I do not think guest should be asked to take it out.

The condo was great and fully furnished. The balcony had plenty of seats to enjoy the view. Parking was convienenet and everything was as stated in website.

The view! Also nice large tub.
Noise from garage. The way the refrigerator stuck out into the walkway in the kitchen - get a counter-depth fridge. Broken door laying in bedroom behind dresser.
