Tallinn City Apartments Kohtu Residence

Clean and spacious with all the accoutrements required. A very large bed which was very comfortable. Good seating areas too. Would happily consider staying there again.

Being a basement apartment, not much on the viewing front. TV stations were limited however I am not tech savvy and perhaps I could have cast some entertainment. A good distance from any evening entertainment.

Apartment location on the hill, give us a beatiful view of te city, a city with a lot of identity, diffrent location to take food, nice time,

Key pickup was at lock box in an apartment building a short walk from stay location, which also needed a code to get into.

1. Advertised as ground level but there are three unusually high steps inside. I specifically checked for accessibility prior to booking as had a disabled person with me .when addressed, the staff mentioned half hearted solution of going trough some courtyard but there was no key avail to use from outside . 2. Also be aware this is one big room with double bed , sofa bed and one single bed. I did not checked it properly and pictures do not indicate it as taken from different properties from the same company. From my experience defo not suitable for three adults ( two elderly and one of them disabled ) and two teenagers, 3. Not great sound proofing - there is a viewing point just around the corner , on first night there was a busker singing with the guitar and not we could hear his , not best voice :) on the last night there was somebody staying above and the noise level was quite high 4. There is 2 ring cooker , but one of the controls was broken. They sent somebody to check it but could not fix . Hope this will be fixed as dangerous - the plate might be on / hot but no indication
