The location is perfect—a block away from Main Street, yet quiet and with a large backyard
Some basics were missing such as cooking oil and a first aid kit. The blind over the AC Unit was awkward since you couldn’t close it for privacy if you wanted to run the AC. It would be great if the area next to the adjacent house were fenced. Living room fan stopped working unexpectedly

There is a old school charm about this place - yet clean and well preserved! NOTHING beats the location! You can leave the house and be on main drag!! I wish the studio was open! Peeking in the window it just looks so inviting!!

Location, size. This place has a ton of potential.
Security, build quality, safety concerns. No door locks, unfinished floor, questionable electrical. Bathroom. Shower leaks, mold concerns. Debris from previous guests - is this place cleaned regularly?
