This was an outstanding experience. As a female traveling alone for a medical procedure, I couldn't have asked for a safer, cleaner, and better located accommodation. I was contacted via WhatsApp the day of check in with very detailed instructions and a video on how to retrieve my key for the room when I arrived quite late at night. Minny the manager even followed me several times via WhatsApp to ensure I made it ok, got into the room ok, and even made the AC/wifi were perfect. Wifi was wonderful...able to stream Netflix while recouping. It only works in the room so you must order grab there and come down but that was no problem. Never had a car have any difficulty finding the location. And talk about location, everything is in walking distance in the mall. I also received detailed instructions on where to the leave the key when I was checking out early. I really appreciated the security and the lack of access to all the floors. Overall, the apartment was great (hot water and very very clean facilities), and the service was terrific. I would recommend to anyone!!
