Need to work a bit more on the maintenance of the property.

Some of the rooms and furnishings are brand new. You could see the owner is still investing and renovating the house. Location in the forest was nice. Fridge was very well stocked. The sauna area was brand new. You can feel in the middle of nowhere, but Rayuvtsi (restaurants) and Gardevtsi (shop) are pretty close driving.

It wasn’t very clean. There was no water pressure one of the days. One of the bedrooms smelled bad from the fireplace. The last bit of the road leading up to the property was offroad. Check-in process went slow - I had yo wait in front of the property for a while until I was let in. There was no way to use the sauna. The meditation room was locked (we found the key by accident) and it was dirty inside.

The property is located in a lovely place close to nature. It's remote, quiet and has a rustic vibe. I love the potential it has and what it will be in the future. A cozy and sweet get away from the city life. It had most things you would need in the kitchen such as cutlery, stove and fridge. Some tea and coffee. The house was warm during the night, everyone had a heater on and there are wood burning stoves available - we didn't need to use them.

Unfortunately it needs some improvement - the house is 50 meters on a stone and dirt road - making it hard to go up if not impossible without a jeep, it's not accessible for regular cars, we had to leave ours nears the road and carry everything up. It wasn't very clean, and the sheets I believe weren't changed. The bathroom wasn't very clean either. The windows in some room don't have isolation and in one room there is no proper bed - it's a thin mattress on the floor luckily we weren't that many people so no one had to sleep there - so if you are 8 people, I don't recommend this place as someone is going to have to sleep on the floored mattress and that room doesn't have curtains, and the windows have a crack in them - letting in cold air during the night. For a little more than the price we paid for 5 people - we found out that down the road from this house was another house, much bigger with a lot better conditions. I don't think the price is fair given the condition of the house.
