About this house rental
Set in the renovated property from 1904 and with a large garden and barbecue facilities, Chamurkov Guest House is 3 km away east from Veliko Tarnovo city, Bulgaria in quiet village called Malki Chiflik. It features self-catered accommodation with free Wi-Fi.
Please note there are two pairs of detached bedrooms (2+2) and just two bathrooms for six bedrooms on second floor.
A century later, the guest house near Veliko Tarnovo was restored very carefully detail by detail and interior with embodied ideas of artists and sculptures. The walls are painted with acrylic paints and rooms are colorfully arranged as orange, yellow, blue, purple, gray, pink and secret room.
The self-catered main house has 7 bedrooms / 4 doubles, 2 triple, another 1 double /, 3 bathrooms, 1 toilet, tavern for 25 people with full kitchen facilities, Wi Fi internet and a computer available for every guest. Total capacity of main house is 16 persons.
On the first floor of the guest house there is a Gray room (3 persons) with its own private bathroom with shower. Here is the internal barbecue and tavern with total area of 45 square meters with 25 comfortable seats. Very comfort and warmth creates the fireplace and shaped around it couches, tables and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and lots of modern appliances such as: oven, stove, coffee machine - coffee on the house :) microwave, chopper, blender, electric kettle, party grill, electric barbecue, sandwich grill, including ice maker, big dish washer, big refrigerator with frizer, another two big fridges and washing mashine for your laundry.
On the second floor are 6 bedrooms: Secret (2 persons), Orange (3 persons), Blue (2 persons) detached to Pink (small room for 2 persons), Yellow (2 persons) detached to Purple (2 persons). They have 2 shared bathrooms. Second floor reveals a picturesque view of Veliko Tarnovo city. All rooms here are designed in retro authentic style. The furniture is antique and restored by the owner himself.
Heating of the main house during the winter is with fireplace on woods and radiators in all rooms.
For your party there is big karaoke Sony loudspeaker with two wireless microphones.
Specially for our guests upon advanced request we provide home made breakfast and rich dinner. Almost every culinary wish is satisfied!
