The boat itself was beautiful and very well maintained. I especially enjoyed the morning Tai Chi session while the bay was still covered in mist. It was peaceful and calming. Mr. Lucas from the restaurant team was incredibly attentive during meals and always checked if guests needed anything.

The staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely attentive throughout the journey. The sunset party on the sundeck was definitely the highlight for us. Watching the golden light over Lan Ha bay while enjoying cocktails created such a magical atmosphere.
Would have liked a little more time for Kayaking.

The atmosphere onboard was peaceful and never felt overcrowded. My favorite part of the trip was kayaking near the limestone cliffs in Lan Ha Bay. The water was so calm and clear that it felt like floating through a painting. Mr. Lee was always visible around the cruise making sure every guest was happy and comfortable.

The room was fantastic, great size, large windows with small balcony, good bathroom. Views were great cruising Ha Long Bay
Apart from Daniel, crew manager, very young and doing his best, the crew weren't very friendly or engaging..I understand language barriers but a smile would be nice.
All felt rushed, like they couldn't wait to get you on and off boat, through meals, so they could have their own party.
Happy hour sunset with no music??? Nice spring roll making. Meals were average, at best and all arrived cold. Staff really need training.
Not a lot of cruising, here to there and back again.
Day trip was best part.
