We got the rooms facing the front and they were so spacious with a big balcony. The food was delicious and plentiful. Our guide Duy was friendly and helpful.

We loved this homestay, sparkling clean, big comfy bed, modern bathroom with great shower and toiletries, 2 bedside lights and 2 chairs which are not often found even in big hotels. The garden was very pretty, outlook from breakfast area stunning, breakfast was excellent with very generous portions. The pool was a good size. Host family are very kind, we would thoroughly recommend a stay here and do hope to return some day.

The room was fantastic, great size, large windows with small balcony, good bathroom. Views were great cruising Ha Long Bay
Apart from Daniel, crew manager, very young and doing his best, the crew weren't very friendly or engaging..I understand language barriers but a smile would be nice.
All felt rushed, like they couldn't wait to get you on and off boat, through meals, so they could have their own party.
Happy hour sunset with no music??? Nice spring roll making. Meals were average, at best and all arrived cold. Staff really need training.
Not a lot of cruising, here to there and back again.
Day trip was best part.
