The view was amazing and service was incredible. The only thing I wish was washroom can be separated by a door rather than a curtain

Staffs were all nice and friendly. Food and beverage were excellent. They also produced inexpensive food upon requests. The rooms were big, clean and tidy. I was so happy to have a bathroom with a big window, so that I could enjoy the view of Ha Long Bay while taking a shower. The wood structure was a bit outdated, but overall still quite cozy.

Very touristy activities and crowded.
Some random staff shouting at me to get out of my room for checkout with an hour left to go! Could not speak English so he just waved his hand and shouted checkout checkout repeatedly!
Food is ok for catering style and buffet. The views of Ha Long which is what you do this for is fantastic especially at night and in the morning sun.
