Amani Hotel Paje

The safest I felt in Paje. Lovely staff, good breakfast, you can order food during the day from the menu, close to the beach. Clean and comfortable. Great value in that price category. After 3 nights I moved to the larger hotel on the beach and oh dear I wish I’ve stayed at Amani.

The road to the beach is really narrow full of plastic and glass. Larger restaurants and hotels on the beach don’t look after the beach or the roads. Property it self is great.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness was clear throughout. The staff were incredibly helpful, always friendly and ready to assist with anything needed. The manager goes above and beyond to ensure guests are happy, constantly checking in and making sure everything is perfect. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety and high quality. What truly makes this place special is the unique blend of Italian hospitality with a warm Swahili welcome—it creates such a genuine, comfortable, and memorable experience. Highly recommended.

The only minor inconvenience was occasional short power cuts. However, the hotel has a generator that provides 24/7 power. My room was closest to the generator, so I could hear a slight humming sound during brief outages.

Wow. This hotel is absolutely amazing. I was there for 10 days and I truly felt like I arrived at home. Ana is a beautiful soul and owner of this hotel. She was there for me anytime when I had a question. But also a big thanks to the staff. Everyone was so kind and friendly. The breakfast was one of my highlights. Every morning fresh food and a fresh juice. Even me as a young traveller I enjoyed every bit of this staying.

Breakfast and cleaning

It's the first time since I made reservations on Booking and received a different room than the one I booked. I was totally dissatisfied, I did not benefit from a place with privacy, as the other rooms had. I felt discriminated. I left the accommodation the next day.
