The location is the best part of Villa Kiota, right by the beach and close to the main road. Great hosts who are very accommodating. Unfortunately had a short stay and was busy so I missed the breakfast but I am definitely looking forward to it in my next stay there😊

Great for a solo traveller , amazing location central to everything , the property is clean throughout and has hot water and fans in the rooms
Nothing ! Stayed in a few places in Nungwi and Paje and this one for the price was impressive
