So friendly and absolutely went out of their way to accommodate me. The fresh air and the beautiful drive on the way there is exceptional. Would definitely recommend to any one and everyone that just needs alittle get away.

The hostess was friendly. For an emergency accommodation, this place was fine. This is a quiet and almost very basic rustic place except for the roosters in the early mornings. Thankfully we are early risers. Lovely soft towels. Good size fridge. Good mattress and clean bedding. This could have been a lovely place to stay if it was cleaned and attention to small details i.e. providing milk for coffee...

The place needed to be cleaned. There were spiderwebs all over the show. The place was dusty and not cleaned in some time (granted the wind was howling). Shower & Toilet was not cleaned. Toilet also needs attention as the water keeps flowing and so you need to turn the water on and off when you go. Basic Utensils are barely there. No wi-fi as advertised. No bathroom door between "room & bathroom". 🫣 Bring your own braai wood and braai utensils - if you intend to braai. The place needs some serious maintenance and needs to comply to basic national building regulations. Electric cord running on top of ground from main house to unit.
