Bathroom needs some maintenance Front patio could be tidier

The location was great, the bed was comfy, and the facilities were good (when they worked). We had great service when we had to call for some assistance, the lady was very helpful and apologetic.

It's in DESPERATE need for maintenance. Lights not turning on or just missing light bulbs, sticky tape holding a chunk of the bathtub in place, the towel holder falling off the wall, unable to fully close the bathroom window, shower/bath tap not really working and the couch is needing a good clean. There were a couple of left over items from previous guests such as shower gel and sauces which we found a little unhygienic and felt like you were staying in someone else's home. Communication between staff, maintenance staff, and guests could be improved. A handy man had to come to fix something, we were told he would arrive "shorty" and we informed the staff we would wait for the handy man to come fix it before we left to get dinner. Shortly turned into 2 hours which we called again to make sure he was still coming. After a total of over 3 hours of waiting he finally came. He walked right in with his boots on, leaving muddy prints behind for us to clean. This resulted in 2 minute noodles for dinner as by the time he arrived, most places were closed. It would have been nice if the handy man had informed us or even the other staff members it will be a while before he's able to help us.
