Good location with easy parking outside.
Loads of bars and restaurants nearby.

The owner did respond to issues quickly
It needs TLC. Bath in very poor state and skirting board hanging off in main room.
The apartment was ok but really needs a deep clean a
Seemed quite dark due to the dark wood.
Kitchen was tiny.
It was cold - marble flooring in the winter isn’t great and the windows didnt fit closely.
This wouldn’t be a problem in the summer but for winter, this should be considered.
